We have developed and launched OpenGP, a clinical data intelligence platform that integrates with existing clinical data systems to uncover patient engagement opportunities and maximise revenue potential. OpenGP analyses patient records to identify care gaps and optimise financial performance by aligning clinical actions with value-based care incentives. OpenGP gives clinics real-time visibility into how financial incentives, patient outcomes, and payer conditions align. This system integrates automated monitoring and predictive analytics and can:Optimise Service Uptake: Identify care gaps and patients who need follow-ups to unlock incentives (e.g., chronic management, screenings).Improve Compliance and Revenue Tracking: Automatically align clinical activities with complex payer rules to ensure clinics meet performance-based incentives.Enable Data-Driven Decision Making: Help GPs prioritise high-value services that improve patient outcomes and revenue potential.We have also developed a patient engagement tool Broadcast, that uses behavioural science and data-driven optimisation to improve campaign performance and drive conversion rates for care services.
