This program aims to help startups with significant traction in Asia, who already have paying customers, are generating recurring revenue, and possess a clear strategy to scale their operations in the U.S.

Week 1: Foundation Building
Participants gain foundational insights into U.S. market trands, customer needs, and competitive dynamics through expert advisory sessions. One-on-one consultations refine market understanding, while guidance on effective networking equips participants to engage U.S. stakeholders confidently.

Week 2-3: Strategy Development
Focus on developing a tailored U.S. market entry strategy. Expert-led sessions help refine go-to-market plans, including pricing, sales channeles, and operational considerations. Regulatory and compliance advisories provide clarity on navigating U.S. market requirements. Virtual meetings with pre-identified partners, customers and advisors.

Week 4: Execution Refinement
Participants refine their strategies and materials, incorporating feedback from early engagements. Continued virtual meetings strangthen stakeholder relationships, while industry specific advisory addreses unique challenges. The week concludes with a review of progress and preparation for the Silicon Valley phase.

Week 5 & 6 [in the U.S.]: Immersion
This in-person phase immerses participants in Silicon Valley's dynamic ecosystem. Pre-arranged meetings with partners and customers, targeted demo sessions to showcase solutions to key decision-makers. Expert practical advice on scaling and operationalizing U.S. market strategies. Networking events with high-value industry leaders.

Week 7 & 8: Consolidation & Follow-up
The final phase focuses on solidifying outcomes. Participants integrate insights from engagements into actionable strategies and develop follow-up plans with partners and stakeholders. Final advisory sessions ensure clarity on next steps, and a wrap-up consolidates connections and strategies for long-term success in the U.S. market.
